To celebrate National Thrift Shop Day we ran a simple social campaign to encourage our customers to share their thrift finds and engage with us and each other around thrifting.
We wanted to create a place filled with positivity and celebration of a meaningful hobby for many people.
I needed to create a cohesive look & feel across our three main channels that drove our customers to Instagram with the intention to encourage follower growth and user interaction.
Our email saw increased click-through rate of between 1% - 5%, we also experienced increased Instagram follower growth by about 2.5%.
